Supervisory Cinema coming to McNeal
The Supervisory Cinema spring schedule includes two
sessions in 274 McNeal Hall. With performance appraisals approaching in many
units, the series focuses on coaching and giving feedback to employees.
This is a good chance to get together and informally discuss these topics
with other supervisors. "The Practical Coach" (Thursday, April

correcting poor work, and helping each member of the team to be successful."Giving & Receiving
Feedback" (Wednesday,
May 25, 12:00-1:15 p.m.) provides methods for dealing with both giving and
receiving feedback in order to encourage success for individuals and the
workplace. Participants will view a video and have a chance to discuss difficult
issues related to providing effective feedback. To
register or learn more about the programs.
Volunteer "clients" needed
Volunteers are needed on Saturday, April 2, 8 a.m.-11
